Here’s some info for all of you guys-

We do not workout at Byrd Park anymore on Saturday mornings at 10am.

But! We are not scaling back hours, nor are we training less. In fact, we have more people than we have ever had before.

The gym is open EVERYDAY, Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 7:15. We are currently working on a plan to add more hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays so that we can better accommodate the huge influx.

Please comment on this post or e-mail me (matt@crossfitrva.com) with hours during anytime of the day on Tuesday and Thursday that are good for you.

    A T, Thr morning class would work with my sched. Around 8:30-9am or so. I could also make it in as early as 3:30-4pm on those days as well. Happy to hear your thinking of expanding hours.

    Do you guys work out at all on the weekends? Or is it going to be only M-F?

    Give us a call of drop us an e-mail. We don’t have hours on the weekend at the moment, but maybe you can come by on Sat or Sun when we’re working out.
