    First WOD with all unassisted pull-ups. Felt pretty good. Even called my parents afterwards to tell them. Maybe that makes me a nerd.

    The CrossFit RVA ladies are using a target a couple feet higher than what is required for wall ball shots. Great work ladies!

    2 or 3 rounds unassisted pullups, then red band
    don’t know kettle ball weight(med)
    12lb ball
