AMRAP in 20 minutes:
-5 Pull-ups -10 Kettlebell Swings -10 Wall Ball Shots
-A new friend at CrossFit RVA
1.5 pood KB & #20 Ball
=13 Rounds
*Rounds 1-10 with a #20 vest
10 rounds, 5 pull ups, 8 KB s
(red band, 1 pood, 12lb ball)

First WOD with all unassisted pull-ups. Felt pretty good. Even called my parents afterwards to tell them. Maybe that makes me a nerd.
It’s 7:56am and CrossFit’s new friend won’t stop barking.

The CrossFit RVA ladies are using a target a couple feet higher than what is required for wall ball shots. Great work ladies!

2 or 3 rounds unassisted pullups, then red band don’t know kettle ball weight(med) 12lb ball
