    65, 95, 115, 135, 155

    Nothing too huge today as I am getting used to these again and dont want to be out another month for a busted shoulder!

    5 sets at 65 lbs. (20,15,15,15,10) =75

    Was aiming for 3 sets of 25 but lost the weight on the 2nd set.
