Overhead Squats 5-5-5-5-5
or
75 Overhead Squats in as few sets as possible

65, 95, 115, 135, 155
Nothing too huge today as I am getting used to these again and dont want to be out another month for a busted shoulder!
5 sets at 65 lbs. (20,15,15,15,10) =75
3 sets at 75# (28,16,31)
Was aiming for 3 sets of 25 but lost the weight on the 2nd set.
Now that’s an overhead squat. I have bronchitis and going kinda crazy just sitting in my apt. Hope to be back soon.
