Every once in awhile, someone wants to do more than the scaled workout we give them. Being persistent and refusing to quit will pay off in the long run, but when you’re first starting off with CrossFit, relax and enjoy your first few “easy” ones.

I think I clocked in at 21:20. I usually feel like I want to die after most workouts but I didn’t realize people got so sick.
