Run 1 mile
-Our free Saturday workout was a big success, and we saw several new guys come out.
25:34 w/ 40lb Dumbbells
Then 100m of lunges @65lbs.
Shoulders and legs are rocked…
18:18 – first round with 25lb dbs second with 20lb
14:?? with 20lb dbs.
Um, ouch! My legs are still shaking today
17:30 w/ 20 lb dbs.
27+ with 40 lb dbs.
That pretty much sucked balls.
22:27 w/ 15 lb dumbells.
