    Brandon had a special for me! It was an altered Ode to Admundson (no idea if that is spelled right…) It was-

    7 thrusters, 7 weighted pull-ups x3
    then weighted 1 mile run followed by weighted push ups, 21

    5 thrusters, 5 weighted pull-ups x3
    then weighted 1 mile run, weighted pushups, 15

    3 thrusters, 3 weighted pullups x3
    then weighted 1 mile run, weighted pushups, 9

    Thrusters were done at 115 and 125, intermittently, which is 83-90% bodyweight.

    This joker took me 1 hour and 1 minute to complete. What fun! I am naming this workout “The Angry Teacher.”!
