Today’s WOD:

5 rounds
-Max Deadlift, 1.5xBW
-Max Clapping Push-Ups
-2 min Rest b/w rounds

this workout is a beast on your back. awesome.

did the reps at 325 and clapping pushups: i think my first round was 16/25, slowly….okay, fastly….deteriorating to 10/10.

Definitely pretty tough on the back region! I am not a very seasoned deadlifter so I didn’t really enjoy this one either.

Not a big fan of this WOD but my posture is great today :)
