My double unders are getting more controlled, i’m not jumping all over the place anymore, but I still get wore out quick.
awesome workout. it was nice not to be greeted with any body-weight exercises on my first day back from the cruise, but i know they are coming!!!!
great workout. first time in a long time i didn’t have lung burn.
