Snatch Grip Push-Press

then

5 Rounds:
-5 Snatch Balances
-6 Step walking lunges
-20 Butterfly ab-mat sit-ups

215, no problem;
225 FAIL;

dislocated my shoulder on 225, scary moment but talked to a doc and think i’ll be good to go again in a few weeks. thanks again for the help DP.

Ouch, its def nice to have like 5 med students/docs at every workout just in case.

That might qualify as an epic fail.

Hope it gets better quick, and we’ll gladly sub out anything while the shoulder is getting healed up.

And dave, you should go brandon style and amputate it, replacing it with a terminator arm.
