3 rounds of Barbara (2:20ish, 3:40ish, 4:54)but then my hamstring issues so just did push ups and sit ups for last two rounds

Side note anyone interested in starting to do the Crossfit Endurance starting March 9th?

Did Fran with 95# in 11:52. Almost a 3 minutes PR over the first time I did it in December.
