3 rounds of Barbara (2:20ish, 3:40ish, 4:54)but then my hamstring issues so just did push ups and sit ups for last two rounds

1st post ever, get excited Jake. So I died doing Barbra today but I kept my slowest time under 5min. Just so no one worries, I am alive and functional now.

Did Fran with 95# in 11:52. Almost a 3 minutes PR over the first time I did it in December.
