Got up to 245 but I blame the snow on my somewhat weak performance. Did the rest at 205 and those oh so fun Windmills.
I will say that all the other people who were supposed to be there at 6am are bringing some weak sauce to CFRVA due to a little frozen precipitation…
So awesome working out at noon…it’s light outside and not nearly as cold as the 7:00 p.m. class. Also, I like windmills.
someone made a snowman in my front yard! couldn’t make it today but hopefully tomorrow!
griff in 13:30, kept choking on snow when i ran forwards. shoulder is slowly on the mend. snowman not as rx’d, only finished the bottom third before being kicked out of maymont.
I will say lots of squats and running up hills sledding has turned my legs into mush, and Dave to make you feel better Mike and I got kicked out of Maymont too.
Bought a strawberry hill plot…more details today when i go to xfit rva
