JS and I are meeting up at Crossfit @ 6:15 tonight to do the Endurance WOD if anyone is in. I am however very confused by what “SC, LC, and U” refers to on the endutrace website.
WOD in 9:57 I believe. Lat’s are super sore from Sat. so this was a fun one to start the week.

SC = Short Course (ie: us)
LC = Long Course
U = Ultra
so depends on what you are looking to run in the near future (5K/10K would be SC; half-marathon to marathon would be LC; Ultra is…well..Ultra 100miler)

15# kipping pull up
10:05 on the wod with the red band for dead hang
90 pound weighted pull-up
5:25 wod
oh yea and ran 2 miles like 5 min after the wod in a very slow 18 min…never again
120# weighted pullup, wod in 4:05, this one was right in my wheelhouse.
100# weighted pull up…wod in 5:16
