SC = Short Course (ie: us)
LC = Long Course
U = Ultra 
so depends on what you are looking to run in the near future (5K/10K would be SC; half-marathon to marathon would be LC; Ultra is...well..Ultra 100miler)</description>

No rips on my paws but my forarms are beat by hanging from my finger tips. 

JS and I are meeting up at Crossfit @ 6:15 tonight to do the Endurance WOD if anyone is in.  I am however very confused by what &quot;SC, LC, and U&quot; refers to on the endutrace website.</description>
