Went to a regular gym today cuz all the CF gyms in St. Louis are a little far from my hotel. Thought I was gonna get kicked out for doin c&j’s. I’m gonna see if I can get tossed before the weeks out.

Andrew- hit me up at cmrape@yahoo.com so we can plan an endurance workout. I was thinking tomorrow morning, but if you don’t back to me in time, we can do 5:30 after work.

As for the morning and/or endurance crowd. I am going to start running Tues and Thurs mornings at 0600. Since is it pretty shady around the space, I was thinking of meeting near my apt. (23d and E Cary) in the bottom. Big free parking lot there for those who need to drive. Maybe we can get a thing going until Jake gives up sleeping til noon like a college kid 4 days a week. If anyone wants to join me, send an e-mail.

Court – I may have to shoot myself if I had to get up at 5:30, 5 days a week. I’m sure I’ll have to bite the bullet eventually though!

weak performance on Cindy, could be the half week I put in last week…sheesh.

At any rate, I’ll be posting more enduro workout’s but for the enduro crowd, but what are you guys after? As in what are your race/performance goals for the next 3 months? I can tailor the enduro workouts based on your response.
