Looks like a good enduro workout to me.
To answer JS’s question- 10km in September… want to break 45min. Ran the Monmument in 48.
Which 10k is this? Get the e-mails I shot around, passing out the contact info?
Dave was right, awful. Okay, maybe not as bad as I thought because the weather was nice.
I really liked this one. It was good to do nothing but running for a bit. 6 stars.
My favorite part was the end.
