Today’s WOD:
15-12-9-6-3 -Kettlebell Snatch (R&L) -Knees to Elbows -Burpees
-Starting off a 50M sprint.

Dominated by the snatches. Not the good kind of domination, either.
Low, all types of domination are good types of domination.
It went quick, but i dont remember how quick exactly. I tore my hands, and then went home and put them in rum just to punish them for being weak.
THAT is hand care.
