Yesterday’s link was about the mental side of crossfit and used one person as an example that spends 2 hours the night before and an hour and a half before the workout thinking about it. Now I don’t necessarily need to know the workout the night before but I would like to know it before I get to the gym…. iow what happened to posting the workouts early in the day?
See now that you and I commented Brian the workout is going to change to all running again. Thats the real reason its not posted earlier, to see who talks trash and then make the workout what they love the most.

18:12. Real hot out.
I think I’ll do this one tonight on my own when it cools down….and when no one can see how slow I am.
25:24 – Misread the diagram and left out the last 400M. Add 2 min and that’s prob my real time.
29:50 – same with me on the minus 400m.
30:47? … or less.
Megan, thanks again for lending me your iPod. You are a GOD!

About 20, I think, didn’t have a stop watch. Tried to do the whole thing pose running and my calves are sore as hell today.

And for those that ran to Broad St. and back + 400m…I mapped it out and it appears we actually ran 2.6mi or 4.18km. Just for your personal records.

There’s not really any reason other than Jake is a noob.

Thanks for mapping out the run JS. I can see you don’t mess around with your fitness!
