		<description>Yesterday&#039;s link was about the mental side of crossfit and used one person as an example that spends 2 hours the night before and an hour and a half before the workout thinking about it. Now I don&#039;t necessarily need to know the workout the night before but I would like to know it before I get to the gym.... iow what happened to posting the workouts early in the day?</description>
