WOD 9/17/09

Today’s WOD:

Back Squat 5×5

Full range of motion in our movements is critical to a good workout and it sets a standard that all of us should aspire to achieve. Just a couple days ago, CF main posted a nice video on ring dips [wmv] [mov]. Make sure those hips are traveling vertically!

    I am happy to be blurry in this picture. It is more forgiving than 8.0 Megapixals can be. I did this one on my own, since I had a computer issue at work.. #275

    You need to get a fancy hot-shoe flash unit and bounce it off the wall behind the subject. That way you get an “ambient” lighting effect as opposed to a harsh direct flash.
