AMRAP 10 of:
9 Goblet Squats
6 Kettlebell Swings
3 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
All with the same kettlebell.
Last completed on 4/17/08. For those with observant eyeballs, you might notice that Jake did this WOD the last time we did it. Amazing.
I had an awesome time at the certification in Charlotte. There were a lot of great CrossFit minds to pick and pore through. I’ll be sure to pass it on to you guys in the coming days and weeks. See you out at the space!

9 painful rounds @ 1.5 pood… Nothing more, nothing less

9 rounds @ 1 pood
12 rounds + 3 goblet squats (1 pood). Ouch.
10 rounds even with 1.5 pood. My back might explode.
4 rounds + 7 goblet squats with 1.5 pood.
6 Rounds…. then 2 chair massages….
11 rounds. 1.5 pood. worse than it looked on paper.
8 rounds + 3 goblet squats with 1 pood
10 rounds w/ 1 pood
12 rounds with the 1.5 pood.
The chair massages were the best part.
