115lbs, 8 rounds with an attempt at freestanding HSPUs. not bad but not good
65#, 5 rounds w/ 45# bar and 3 abmats for HSPU
150# 6 rounds, head to deck
did a murph today without partitioning the pullups pushups or squats… took me an eternity
