I wanna say this took 25:39 ?-but it was definitely 25 minutes and some change.
This looked like such dooky on a stick…
-Runs as r’xd
-Ring dips w/ a pinky band
-Pull-ups started out w/ 9 and 6 for the first round, then 6,4, 3 and 2 the second round and the last pitiful round was 4,3,3,2 ,2 and 1.
25:09… My runs are getting better (meaning I hurt less)….
Melody…. You rock… Don’t be so hard on yourself….. You show up….You work hard…. You complete each exercise……You do great….You should be proud…. I am proud of YOU..
