    Push Press-120lbs

    I can’t do a muscle-up yet so I did the 9 pull up, 9 ring dip combo- for a time of 13:16. I feel like butt today so I’m jsut glad I made it in there, as opposed to yesterday.

    200lb, 10:31 w/135lb cleans and 3 pull ups + 3 dip in substitute for 1 muscle up
