my estimate of what my time will be this afternoon 4 rounds 8 power cleans 3:53 4 rounds 3 muslce ups 12:26 total time 16:19
that post is supposed to elude to how terrible i am at consecutive muscle ups.. not sure how good of a job i did
Push Press-120lbs
I can’t do a muscle-up yet so I did the 9 pull up, 9 ring dip combo- for a time of 13:16. I feel like butt today so I’m jsut glad I made it in there, as opposed to yesterday.
200lb, 10:31 w/135lb cleans and 3 pull ups + 3 dip in substitute for 1 muscle up
205 and 5:27
Press 120
WOD with pull-ups and red band dips = 12:39
195#
6:40 with all pullups and dips…. curse you muscle up gods!
85# push press and 11:?? muscle up substitute with red band dips and 65# cleans
