Run 400 meters
50 Squats
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Sit-ups
Run 400 meters

A fun little travel workout for wherever you are. Approximate the 400M run, and keep those push-ups deep!

    jogged for about an hour; pushups on parallettes with feet elevated; tried to improvise a GHD with med ball and feet anchored under couch; skipped the squats. My legs are still sore from Wed’s chipper
