Nothing on snatch balances...did a couple of sets and kept on hitting myself in the neck.</description>

Since heavy snatches, particularly snatch balance kills my shoulder, I went light on snatch and practiced clean and jerk instead (113 lbs). Then I rowed. 

I PR&#039;d my 5k row by over two minutes!
