    Good stuff on the Paleo diet on the discussion board there. I’ve been solid Paleo with some dabblings in Zoleo for a good while. Things that I’ve noted: increased recovery time, good energy throughout the day, I don’t miss processed carbs, it’s not THAT hard.

    Over the past couple weeks, I haven’t been as strict with my diet and I end up feeling like garbage after I eat poorly. It’s a vicious cycle when you are busy and don’t eat right, but stick with it! It takes approximately 1 week to clear out all the bad stuff before you are true Paleo, so stick with it.
