None of the people at the gym now posted their rounds completed/you guys weren’t around then. Only old-skool CrossFit RVAer M-Rock posted on that day.

    97 is my 1rm on the press, sooo…
    I did 4 sets at 80 lbs and 1 set of 85 lbs, which was a mistake.

    7 rounds @ 45 lbs

    After rethinking my progress during the WOD, I misspoke when reporting my rds post-workout. The accurate count was 5rds + 13Leg Raises.
