		<description>Sorry I forgot to link the past times we did this WOD, it has been corrected.  

I&#039;m definitely game to go to sectionals to compete.  At the very least, it will be a fun experience.  If you don&#039;t want to compete, at least come along to spectate.  As we get closer, we can start setting up carpools.

With respect to IF, I&#039;m with Mark.  I think that it is at the far end of the spectrum as far as diets are concerned.  I don&#039;t think it is easy and it requires an incredible amount of discipline and knowing your body.  The Zone tends to fall into this category as well.  I really believe that eating quality foods is the best way for people to start being healthier (or even starting with cutting out sodas [diet or otherwise], pastas, and grains).  Eating &lt;i&gt;quality&lt;/i&gt; foods is not as intimidating or hard as it looks.
