Muscle-Ups
The hang power snatch and overhead squat complex represents 1 repetition. Sounds confusing, but don’t worry, it will all become clear at the workout.
Schedule for the US Central East Regionals + Sectionals. The sectionals that we go to are in Annandale, VA on March 27-28. Competitors AND spectators have to register, so if you want to do either, make sure to register! Registration is supposed to open on Monday, December 21st and I will be sure to post the registration info when it becomes available.

still babying my shoulder, so I subbed squat cleans for the press
75# for HPS/OHS, did the muscle-ups

is anyone considering going to the regionals besides Jake?
Ryan, I’m planning on going.
19:19 on the WOD.
Did the pull-up, ring dip combo cuz I don’t have muscle-ups yet.
Was able to do the ring dips broken into 3 sets of 9 for the first round without a problem then reached muscle failure in the second round on the ring dips so used a pinky band after that.
65 lbs on the Snatch.
Finally broke 100 lbs on the Press! New PR…
