Converting to Weightlifting. The Olympic lifts belong to a sport that people in other countries will train for the duration of their lives. Here at CrossFit RVA, we introduce you to them in a fashion such that you are moving safely, efficiently, and powerfully. Think about attending the upcoming Olympic lifting seminar hosted at our gym. note to people who want to improve their row:
john showed me 2 simple tips tonight that made a universe of difference. Barring not being able to go full force due to shoulder strain, I feel confident I now have the knowledge to slice a decent chunk of my rowing time!
