Converting to Weightlifting. The Olympic lifts belong to a sport that people in other countries will train for the duration of their lives. Here at CrossFit RVA, we introduce you to them in a fashion such that you are moving safely, efficiently, and powerfully. Think about attending the upcoming Olympic lifting seminar hosted at our gym. We promise you’ll learn a little something.

    note to people who want to improve their row:
    john showed me 2 simple tips tonight that made a universe of difference. Barring not being able to go full force due to shoulder strain, I feel confident I now have the knowledge to slice a decent chunk of my rowing time!
