    10:20 , Eating better quality foods has had a profound influence on my energy levels I think the only rest I took during the entire workout was finding an empty box

    ps. I would love to see more interval work like the 30 second sprints and tabatas worked into our regular workouts! Just a little suggestion especially with the 10k coming up
