Don’t cut your reps or your rounds short. Don’t snit. You’d be surprised at who’s watching and counting your reps right along with you. Your time doesn’t mean anything if you don’t do the work.

    Hey DP-
    I got my nose broken during the NJ, boxing state championships in 1998. Got my ass handed to me too…If you put a bottle of witch hazel in the fridge, wet a cloth w/ it and a little ice with a soft flannel few times a day, it’ll calm that whole area down. I got a big painful zit inside my nose w/ that experience and my grandma told me about the witch hazel.
