Nicole pulling the sled during our recent strongman medley and Katrina watching. CrossFit always seems to turn into a spectator sport. How often do you catch yourself watching other people workout instead of focusing on your own WOD? And how often do you show up early or stick around late to watch the next class go at it?

Reminder: The new schedule starts today! Classes at 6 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM (Advanced Class), and 7 PM every day from here on out.

    did this at home since class and rugby interfere with crossfit, used a keg that had some liquid in it probably between 45-55lbs not to sure. also did the box jumps on it. fun times
