AMRAP 20:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats

Last completed on 06/22/09.

RVA Endurance opened its doors for business this morning. Appropriately, Zac found a great article highlighting interval training as a method of training. Don’t train longer, train harder and smarter!

Our flexibility and mobility (yoga) class starts today. It will take place in the side room starting at 6 PM. We could all use a little flexibility in our lives, see you there. Cost for CFRVA members is $5/class.

The City of Richmond is adding adult sports to recreation programming. To start with, there will be two divisions of play: one for co-ed flag football and one for two-handed touch football. All games will be played on Saturdays from April 10 through June 5.

Registration for a team of 15 will cost $600 with additional members costing $30 each. Individuals can register to play for $45. Must be 21 or older to register. Registration takes place on March 3rd and 4th between 4 PM and 6 PM at the Blanton House, located at 700 Blanton Ave. near the Byrd Park tennis courts. For more information, call 804 646 1441.

Dodgeball just wrapped up, time for football? Registration is almost upon us! Use the comments if you guys want to get a team together.

We’ve got some work to do on the push-ups! At least most of you can safely say you’ve got the most legit push-ups around. Chest to deck is no joke.
