    then rowed a 3:23. not happy or upset with time, but i did feel comfortable on how to pace a 2k after that. so i am game to break 7 minutes on the 2k any day now. Anyone wanna try next week?

    Hey Jake I pulled my hamstring this weekend and was wondering if one you could make up a WOD for me today that doesnt use my legs or if i can do a pull up ladder instead of the prescribed WOD.
