AMRAP 20: 3 Hand Stand Push-Ups 5 Pull-Ups 15 Jump Squats
jake can i sub like 20 regular squats for the jumps or will you think of a controlled sub? I just am weary of the landing with my hamstring. I would like to do the wod otherwise.

9 rounds (with 20 squats subbed for 15 jumping squats)+ 3 + 5 + 15 squats

just went into the bathroom and saw that I have tons of little burst blood vessels all around my eyes thanks HSPUs.
17 + 3/5/8 Rx’d
14 rounds w/ 2 abmats
Press 60 x 3, 65 x 3, 70 x 5
press 155#x8 20 rounds +3

Worked on C&J’s, 400m runtimes and sit-ups. Getting back into CF shape, one day at a time.
