50 Wallball Shots

Sadie does box jumps for fun and she doesn’t complain about them.

    Still felt good so I did the WOD and killed any remaining self-esteem I had. My max double-unders in a row are a stellar ’8′ so this WOD took me 30 minutes. My wall-balls were slightlt better but still need work as well. I was hoping for under 30 and just slid in under 31 minutes but I forget the exact time. Having proficiency at a skill makes a whopping big difference here.
