7:42 – those toes to bar were questionable. More like hanging on the bar doing high kicks.
snatch 175, failed at 180. matched my old pr wod in 4:15
155# and 135# push press. 8:02 WOD, not a fan of the toes to bar.
Think I failed at 85# for the push press. Worked at 70# for 5×2.
