    Way to go Sam. Prefer root canal to this WOD. Only got through Scotty Bob in allotted time (with subs for muscle ups). That being said, I can’t wait for the next “chipper” and I WILL finish.

    Tip for the day – no matter how mad you are, do not toss the plates. They will roll & that means you have to go get them.

    I am so embarrased…. I was one of the plate tossers and I feel the need to apologize to the entire 6 AM crowd and more so to whom I caused undue hardship. I will pay for damages soonest

    rx’d @ 31:40 – i think – it was 31:?? forgot to write it down. Lost so much time on the muscle ups unfortunately. This workout sucked, but it was nothing compared to that 7x7x7 workout from a couple weeks back.

    28:08, can’t put RX because i still have to initiate my mu’s with a little hop. Everything else rx’d.

    Ohhhhh, and efff the overhead walking lunges.

    had to sub:
    muscle ups for 30 ring rows/30 box dips
    75# overhead carry on my shoulders
    no pullups on burpees
    20# dumbells for scotty bobs w/girl pu’s n on hands n knees for the rows

    switched two movements accidently. Did scotty bobs in the second round and burpee pullups in the third round by accident.\
