    Having switched to a pretty solid Paleo life about 2 months ago, I know these first few weeks, for those that are new to it, are difficult. “Cravings” is a big thing people struggle with. So I thought I’d share this link – it’s pretty good. For those going through some “withdraw” this may help. And I think Brian should link the “Myth of discipline” article again.

    7 rounds + 2 + 10 + 10. No ab mats on the HSPUs, sloppy sit ups after the 5th round
