Rack Jerk
Work up to a heavy set of 3, then 3×3 @ 90% of the heavy set

then

15-12-9
Power Clean & Jerk (155#/115#)
Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
Box Jumps

There’s a lot of good determination on the RVA runner faces here. Don’t be a victim.

    Then I wouldn’t necessarily say I did the WOD RX’d, but I tried really hard to get my chest as close the the bar every time sans band.

    23:56(that is what I wrote in my book, but maybe it was 24. However many minutes it took Kat to do, then :56)

    I’m pretty messed up. But looking back, maybe this one was kinda fun.
