agreed, I can do without pull ups tomorrow, but it still needs to be a doozy for Sam’s last WOD.

Did the endurance workout this evening. Then did the adv. wod:
AMRAP 10
15 box jumps
10 c2d push ups
5 toes to bar
2+15+4
did box jumps on 24″ box, which is the first time since i came back, and it was no joke. also did push-ups on 20″ box so my chest was actually hitting some sort of deck.
Adv WOD – 4 +15 +7
Endurance WOD – 1 minute sprints
Adv WOD again for kicks – 3 +15+10+2
8 + 5 + 5 with blue band & 25lb + 10lb plate for HSPUs
