Mary

AMRAP 20:
5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pistols
15 Pull-Ups

Last completed on 05/06/10.

This is one of my favorite body weight workouts. It takes a great deal of skill and strength. See you out there!

    HSPUs — first round 1 abmat, 2 abmats for the balance
    Some balance assistance on the pistols
    Pull ups rx’d

    agreed, I can do without pull ups tomorrow, but it still needs to be a doozy for Sam’s last WOD.

    7+5+8, with the ab mats. Likewise, my hands are a little raw.

    Did the endurance workout this evening. Then did the adv. wod:
    AMRAP 10
    15 box jumps
    10 c2d push ups
    5 toes to bar

    2+15+4

    did box jumps on 24″ box, which is the first time since i came back, and it was no joke. also did push-ups on 20″ box so my chest was actually hitting some sort of deck.
