Our Basic Skills Seminar will be be held on Saturday, 7/21 from 10am to noon. The seminar will cover four basic movements found typically in CrossFit programming:
- Kipping Pull-Ups
- Double Unders
- Basic Kettlebell movements.
This seminar will provide an opportunity to train some basic movements in more depth. If you feel like you need some serious work on any of the above, or are simply close to a breakthrough, we can help you out.
We’ll be working in small groups, with four trainers present. Each group will work through each movement for 30 mintues before rotating to the next.
Cost is $10. Register online or in person at CrossFit RVA. 30 person cap.
