50′ Kettlebell Overhead Lunge (right arm)

6am times are without the 10 ring dips. That was my fault. My brain went from 10 push presses each side right to the lunges. I’ll do 10 dips for everyone who missed them this morning…sorry 6amers. Props to Greg doing the pistols rx and fast at that. Good job all.
