DL 1RM@335#, well off my PR but first attempt at deadlifting in almost 2 months. WOD 14:20rx
I hear you Gregg – after injuring and then reinjuring my back (sciatic nerve) on deadlifts the past 2 months I am extremely skittish – I will probably start lifting again next week but will give the back plenty of time to heal properly this time before pushing it on Deadlifts or Back Squats (and concentrating more on proper form rather than on weight) The good news is – it looks like I should be able to do the WOD with no subs today!
