A little skill work today. The weights are light and you shouldn’t miss a single lift. If you do, you’re going too heavy and need to back off on the weights. Not every day is a hulk out day at the gym. Drills and skills lead to PRs. And if you enjoy Olympic lifting a lot, consider signing up for the Old Dominion Classic here at RVA.



Hope everyone enjoys the focused Olympic work today. We’re playing around with different ways of always working the o-lifts. Lots of fun, and very rewarding when you’re making progress in them.
