For those of you that have read Lights Out, you know a little something about sleep and sleep patterns. Dark room, 8 hours uninterrupted, etc. Here’s another way to think about sleep. Now if I could only get my professors to understand it’s totally cool when I catch a nap in class…



15:03RX, well off my June PR (pre-injury) of 11:40. Cleans felt good but dips need significant work — lost alot of upper body strength through 2 2012 injuries.
Hoping to see some big PRs roll in today!

14:22 the first half felt good, the second half felt terrible on my lower back. i need to push harder.
9:31, a couple seconds away from being a pr. did touch and go reps for the first time in a long time and my back is feeling it.
