Skills and drills day. The purpose of today is not to max out, but to clean up that form to set you up for some big PRs down the road. Make sure you’re focusing on that big hip and knee extension and grab a trainer to take a look at your lifts!

Post lifting audible — Annie with HJ in 9:15 — a 38 second PR for me.
One of our newer members, Jake, mentioned to me how much better he felt after just one day of doing just Snatches and Clean & Jerks. I know these aren’t the most exciting days, but it pays off.
The longer you do CrossFit, the more you’ll find additional progress through being efficient at the movements.
I really enjoyed the skill work today. And LJ’s personal attention was awesome.
