Isabel @105# in 4:12, compared to 4:31 at the same weight in May (and compared to my first Isabel in Oct. 2010 @ 85# in 5:18 — thank you CFRVA!!).
WOD in 8:33 with subs for Muscle Ups.
With the pug the force is.
Isabel 5 minutes; started Rx (5 reps), went to 115(15 reps), finished at 95 (10 reps).
