    1 - 1/2BW shoulder press
    2 - 1 minute handstand hold
    3 - 30 push-ups

    Worked out today because I missed Thursday, one I made up:
    Row 1000m
    100 abmat sit-ups
    Row 750m
    75 abmat sit-ups
    Row 500m
    50 abmat sit-ups
    Row 250m
    25 abmat sit-ups
